Developing A Business Plan

The first step in any successful effort to construct a new ice skating complex or modernize and existing facility is to develop an Organization Committee. It is very helpful to have an existing skating organization with a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt registration so all funds collected can be treated as a contribution by the donators when they file their federal and state taxes.
